Job summary

Ottobock Patient Care is seeking a Clinical Liaison for the Jonesboro/Longview, AR area. This Market Development role builds referral networks, educates patients and families, and travels to facilities to grow branding and partnerships with healthcare providers.

Must have a valid driver's license and willingness to travel. The role collaborates with marketing and clinical teams to identify new referral sources, host in-services, monitor market trends, and ensure timely physician-initiated care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in medical sales or medical case management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly.
• HIPAA knowledge and patient confidentiality responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow the location's market and drive patient referrals.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with healthcare facilities.
• Schedule in-services and facility tours for referral sources.
• Represent the company at trade shows and education events.
• Coordinate follow-up of new referrals and leads; assist Intake Coordinators as needed.
