Ottobock Patient Care is seeking a Clinical Liaison for the Jonesboro/Longview area to drive regional sales and market development. You will build lasting referral relationships with healthcare facilities, educate patients and families on care processes, and travel locally to support physicians and clinics.

You will coordinate with marketing and intake teams, host in-services, and stay current on market needs while adhering to HIPAA standards.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Experience in medical sales or medical case management.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and pipelines.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and referral networks.
• Understanding of medical terminology preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Grow the location's market and relationships with healthcare facilities.
• Increase patient referrals by identifying new sources and maintaining referrals.
• Schedule and host in-services and facility tours.
• Travel locally to visit healthcare facilities and support physicians.
• Coordinate with intake and marketing teams for market initiatives.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in handling patient information.
• Represent Ottobock at trade shows and CE opportunities.
• Follow up on new referrals and leads and educate patients.
