Job summary

P&O Care, now part of Ottobock Patient Care, seeks a Clinical Liaison to support market development in St. Louis, MO.

This role builds lasting relationships with referral sources, educates patients and families about the care process, and collaborates with local facilities to grow the location's market. You will travel to facilities, host in-services, and work with the marketing team to create outreach content while adhering to HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or active clinical licensure.
• Experience in medical sales or medical case management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
• Knowledge of prosthetics and orthotics devices, services, and clinical workflows.
• Understanding of medical terminology; Medicare/Medicaid knowledge preferred.
• Fluent use of Microsoft Office and database tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.
• Willingness and ability to travel for patient care/outreach.

Responsibilities

• Assist in growing the location’s market and referral network.
• Develop and augment relationships with healthcare facilities.
• Increase patient referrals by identifying sources and building relationships.
• Schedule and host in-services and facility tours.
• Travel for patient care and outreach activities; maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing to create market content and monitor market trends.
• Represent the company at trade shows and continuing education events.
