Job summary

Clinical Management Consultants is hiring full-time Healthcare Management Recruiters to work onsite in our downtown Austin, TX office. You will partner with hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory groups to lead searches for nurse leaders, including Managers, Directors, and Chief Nursing Officers.

You will become a trusted advisor to clients, helping shape strategies that strengthen teams, improve patient outcomes, and advance organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Must be a recent graduate or on a career launch path in sales and recruiting.
• Ability to develop consultative client relationships and manage processes end-to-end.
• Strong communication and negotiation traits with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a client portfolio through consultative business development.
• Scope roles and manage recruiting from start to finish.
• Research markets and source/screen candidates.
• Conduct structured interviews and present candidate shortlists.
• Advise clients and candidates on compensation and offers.
• Support smooth offer acceptances and transitions.
• Maintain detailed pipeline tracking in our CRM.

• Supporting smooth offer acceptances and transitions
• Maintaining detailed and accurate pipeline tracking in our CRM
