Job summary

The Rochester Rehab & Living Center, a part of Volunteers of America National Services, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Rochester, MN. You will oversee overall maintenance, preventive work, and safety for residents, staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Life Safety Code experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred.
• Minimum 3 years full-time maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance of facility and safety for residents, staff and visitors.
• Performs preventative maintenance, painting and repairs inside and outside the facility.
• Conducts routine tests and inspections of facility systems.
