Formación

• Minimum of three years full-time experience in construction or maintenance.
• Knowledge of state building, plumbing, and electrical codes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee overall maintenance of the facility.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, painting, and repairs.
• Perform routine tests and inspections on facility systems.
