Job summary

Rochester Rehab & Living Center in Rochester, MN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct, compassionate care to residents. This full-time role offers PM shifts (2:30pm-10:30pm) and every other weekend, with pay range $22.60-$24.00 per hour.

You will follow care plans, monitor residents, and report changes to the nursing team while contributing to a supportive, patient-centered environment on campus. A MN CNA license is required to apply.

Qualifications

• Current MN CNA license is required.
• Experience following care plans and resident orders.
• Strong communication and customer service skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Support residents’ well-being with compassionate, person-centered care.
• Monitor and report changes to the nursing team promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control standards.

What You Bring (Requirements)

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility


• Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being by building meaningful connections and delivering compassionate, person-centered care


• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team to ensure timely and appropriate care


• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards
