Job summary

MedSpeed, a healthcare logistics company, is hiring an Operations Supervisor in Columbus, OH to oversee daily network operations, supervise Logistics Service Representatives, and manage client relationships.

You will drive service quality and profitability through coaching, data-driven observations, and adherence to safety and operational procedures. A Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 1-3 years of progressive business experience preferred.
• Experience applying quality management principles.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication, strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Logistics Service Representatives and oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance.
• Monitor service quality and efficiency, provide coaching based on reports.
• Conduct route observations to ensure safety and procedures.
• Maintain route and client data accuracy and updates.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and ensure maintenance history file.
• Support operations projects to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Promote MedSpeed team culture.
