MedSpeed is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of a healthcare transportation network. You will supervise Logistics Service Representatives, manage client relationships, and drive service quality and profitability at our Albuquerque-area location.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement and cross‑functional collaboration, with responsibilities spanning recruitment, training, data accuracy, and maintenance coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of progressive business experience.
• Experience applying quality management principles.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong customer relations skills.
• Process-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Collaborative work style across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Logistics Service Representatives, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and development.
• Manage service quality and efficiency through daily observations and performance reports.
• Observe routes to ensure safety and compliance and identify improvements.
• Ensure accuracy of route, client and variable stop data.
• Oversee vehicle pre/post trip inspections and coordinate maintenance with vendors.
• Assist operations on projects to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned and promote MedSpeed culture.
