Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Dispatcher – Non CMV to deliver exceptional customer service and product information to patients and providers. You will collaborate with Field teams, Operations and Sales to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and solution focus for patient needs.

The role emphasizes routing efficiency, problem solving, and cross-functional support to improve patient experiences and maintain strong employee engagement within a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years logistics-related work experience.
• Minimum of three years driving history required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age at hire.
• Successful completion of Apria Healthcare's Driver Training Program.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicle operated in this job.

Responsibilities

• Interacts professionally with customers and technicians to resolve issues impacting routing.
• Routes all same-day deliveries per Logistics policy.
• Schedules daily deliveries and pickups by geography and driver availability.
• Monitors drivers and communicates with patients/referrals about addresses, time windows, and issues.
• Maintains and updates route information and reports on productivity and efficiency.
• Performs other duties as required.
