Job summary

US Med-Equip is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support hospital partners by coordinating equipment orders, shipments, and on-site service. You will work with operations and the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely equipment delivery.

Responsibilities include loading and securing equipment, driving company vehicles, and maintaining branch inventory. A high school diploma, valid license, and the ability to pass a DOT certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for past 3 years.
• Ability to pass a DOT certification/physical.
• Able to read and write in English and perform math calculations.
• Lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to healthcare institutions.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts and understand their patient and equipment needs.
• Coordinate daily with sales and operations teams on orders and deliveries.
• Maintain a neat appearance and wear a company uniform.
• Adhere to the operations process and quality management system standards.
