Job summary

US MED- EQUIP LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support hospital partners with frontline order handling and equipment delivery coordination.

Responsibilities include loading, securing, and transporting life-saving medical equipment, coordinating with sales and operations, and maintaining professional communication. The role requires valid DL, ability to lift 75 lbs, and on-call shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to read and write in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs.
• Ability to work multiple shifts, including on-call as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs.
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform.
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards.
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners.
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions.
• All other duties as assigned.
