Job summary

Us Med-Equip in Louisiana is seeking a Delivery Technician/Customer Service Representative to load, transport and deliver medical equipment to hospital partners. You will work with operations and the sales team to ensure timely, compliant deliveries and high-quality service.

This role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. You will coordinate with the local sales team, participate in planning and training, and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

High School Graduate or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

Load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment to healthcare institutions.
Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
Assist in servicing, shipping, and receiving equipment at the branch warehouse.
Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts and respond to equipment needs.
Maintain professional appearance and wear the company uniform.
Follow the operations process and quality management standards.
Coordinate daily with local sales and team on orders and deliveries.
Participate in business planning and professional development sessions.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
