US Med-Equip is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support hospitals by coordinating equipment orders, deliveries, and service needs. The role requires driving life-saving medical gear and maintaining branch operations with a focus on patient care.

You will work with operations and sales teams to ensure timely, accurate equipment delivery and excellent hospital partner service. A valid CDL/DOT readiness and strong communication are essential.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• DOT certification/physical required or obtainable.

Mansioni

• Load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment to healthcare institutions.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Assist with service, shipping, and receiving in branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts and patients’ equipment needs.
• Coordinate daily with local sales and other team members on orders and deliveries.
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions.
• All other duties as assigned.
