Job summary

Us Med-Equip in New Jersey is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support operations and sales, delivering essential medical equipment to healthcare partners. You will work with hospital contacts, coordinate orders, and ensure high-quality service.

The role involves loading and securing equipment, driving company vehicles, and maintaining professional appearance while adhering to quality standards. On-site with flexible shifts and on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT certification/physical required.
• Experience in healthcare logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions
• All other duties as assigned
