Job summary

US Med-Equip is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support hospital partners by coordinating equipment orders, deliveries, and service needs. You will work closely with operations and sales to ensure timely, accurate support across branch logistics.

You will load and transport life-saving equipment, drive company vehicles, and maintain professional communication with clinicians. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with DOT certification/physical preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read/write in English and perform basic math.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs.
• DOT certification/physical required or able to pass.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts.
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative for orders and deliveries.
• Adhere to the quality management system standards.
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions.
• All other duties as assigned.
