Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. seeks an Healthcare Account Executive to drive revenue growth by developing new business and retaining existing accounts in Washington and surrounding areas.

You will meet daily with customers, analyze their supply chain needs, respond to requests, and collaborate with operations to tailor solutions. You will lead account strategy, perform pre-call analyses, evaluate quotes, generate reports on shipping and billing history, and train customers on packaging to

• Bachelor’s degree or internationally comparable degree

Responsibilities

• Executes on signed contracts to introduce new products and services to customers and expand business within accounts.
• Performs pre-call analysis to prepare for sales calls.
• Responds to internal sales leads to identify opportunities and craft a sales strategy.
• Analyzes price quotes to verify accuracy and propose solutions.
• Generates customer-facing reports on shipping history, billing history, and contracted discounts; renegotiates contracts.
• Documents customer information and provides account status to sales team.
• Trains customers on proper packaging techniques to avoid damages.
