United Parcel Service (UPS) is seeking a Healthcare Account Executive to drive revenue by expanding new business and retaining existing accounts in the Washington region, including parts of Idaho. The role analyzes customers' supply chain needs to tailor UPS solutions across product lines and collaborates with operations to meet special shipping requirements.

You will meet with customers daily, respond to requests, and negotiate contract terms.

• Executes on signed contracts to introduce new products and services and expand business within accounts.
• Performs pre-call analysis to prepare for sales calls.
• Responds to internal sales leads to identify sales opportunities and build strategies.
• Analyzes price quotes to determine solutions for customers.
• Generates customer-facing reports on shipping and billing history and contract incentives.
• Documents customer information and provides account status to the sales team.
• Trains customers on proper packaging techniques to avoid damages.
