This position requires Colorado Bar admission and at least 3 years of litigation experience, with strong briefing, deposition, and discovery skills. Hybrid or remote options are available, and compensation ranges from $125,000 to $195,000.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Healthcare litigation experience preferred.
• Experience briefing and arguing motions required.
• Experience taking and defending depositions required.
• Experience leading written discovery required.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and persuasive communication abilities.
• Ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Trial experience preferred, but not required.
