An Am Law 100 law firm in Denver is seeking Healthcare Litigation Attorneys to join its Denver practice. Attorneys with 3+ years of litigation experience are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will be a driven team player with excellent litigation, legal writing, research, and persuasive speaking skills. The role offers flexibility, including hybrid and fully remote opportunities for qualified candidates.

Formación

• Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• 3+ years of litigation experience required.
• Experience in healthcare litigation, medical malpractice, professional liability, or related litigation preferred.
• Experience briefing and arguing motions is required.
• Experience taking and defending depositions is required.
• Experience leading written discovery is required.
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• Strong oral advocacy and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle healthcare litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Brief and argue motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Manage assignments independently with minimal supervision.
• Assist with settlement negotiations and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare litigation, medical malpractice, professional liability, or related litigation preferred.

• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong oral advocacy and persuasive speaking skills.
• Ability to manage assignments independently.
• Strong academic background preferred.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
