Core Linen Services is seeking a Linen Distribution Supervisor onsite at Grandview Medical Center. You will oversee daily linen distribution operations, manage staff, and ensure an adequate supply of clean linens for patient care and support departments.

The role emphasizes inventory management, regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality service in a healthcare environment. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for success.

Competenze

• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with inventory management, staff scheduling, and performance management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of healthcare, safety, and regulatory standards preferred.

• Support coaching and development of linen distribution staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Monitor inventory levels, utilization, linen loss, and fill rates for efficiency and cost control.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment per standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and address service, quality, or inventory concerns promptly.
• Build relationships with hospital leadership and stakeholders to meet linen needs.
• Track and maintain departmental records including productivity and metrics.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels, and performance.
• Provide hands-on operational support during staffing shortages or busy periods.
