Core Linen Services is seeking a Laundry Operations Manager to oversee daily industrial laundry activities, focusing on healthcare linen processing and on-time delivery. You will lead staff development, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and service standards.

The role collaborates with engineering, HR, and operations to keep equipment reliable and processes compliant with HLAC, OSHA, and JCAHO.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA in Management or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of operations or management experience in laundry or large-scale plants.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows-based office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Manage staff development and training to ensure efficient linen production.
• Assist Operations Manager with financial oversight, cost control and budgeting.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment and drive safety initiatives.
• Coordinate with engineering to maintain equipment and productivity.
• Support HR functions including training, staffing, payroll, and benefits.
