Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• MS/MA/MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in management consulting or healthcare/pharma biotech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of projects within HC&LS Division in North America.
• Develop credible client relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Drive project planning, insights, and engagement outcomes.
• Coach and develop junior consultants and guide project teams.
• Identify new opportunities and engage prospective clients.
• Present findings and respond to client feedback to ensure impact.
