King & Spalding seeks an experienced BD Supervisor to drive marketing strategy, pitches, and RFP execution across practice areas. You will coordinate content, research and client outreach to position the firm for growth and cross‑selling opportunities.

You will support healthcare and life sciences initiatives, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with events and communications teams to amplify the firm’s profile in a dynamic global market.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years in marketing and business development.
• Strong stakeholder management and partner relations.
• Advanced/efficient project management in fast‑paced settings.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Experience with CRM/content systems like BDHub and Foundation; AI familiarity.
• JD or MBA preferred; healthcare/life sciences industry exp.

Responsabilidades

• Identify cross-selling and cross-marketing opportunities across the firm.
• Collaborate with BDMs and Supervisors from other practice areas for internal marketing.
• Oversee strategic research on clients, competitors, and industry developments.
• Support business plans for partners and provide BD coaching.
• Develop content for pitch decks, RFPs, and tailored client outreach.
• Lead and coordinate RFP responses and maintain pitch files and trackers.
• Coordinate events, sponsorships, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Promote the firm’s profile via social media, PR, and directories.
• Maintain up-to-date collateral and website content for teams.
• Mentor junior BD team members and drive content marketing initiatives.
