Job summary

King & Spalding is seeking a BD Supervisor to join the global Marketing and BD team. You will support marketing materials, pitches and RFPs, events, awards submissions, competitive intelligence, and marketing strategy to grow assigned practice areas.

You will work with Partners and BD Managers to execute strategy, develop thought leadership, and coordinate content across channels, including social media and directories.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing and business development
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with partners
• Advanced project management in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Experience with CRM/content systems (BDHub, Foundation) and AI tools

Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution: identify cross-selling opportunities and coordinate strategic research to grow market share.
• Pitches/RFPs: lead, draft and coordinate content for RFP responses and develop compelling presentations.
• Events and Conference Sponsorships: collaborate on event concepts and sponsorships to build profile.
• Communications: promote practice through social media, PR, and directory submissions.
• Marketing Materials: maintain PowerPoint decks, fact sheets, and website content; develop new collateral.
