Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years in learning design, learning science, or instructional design.
• Experience with multiple modalities: eLearning, ILT, VILT, blended learning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program managers, SMEs, and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop learning strategies.
• Create detailed storyboards and mapping for engaging learning experiences.
• Design content across modalities: eLearning, VILT, ILT, and blended learning.
• Develop measurable objectives, scenarios, simulations, tests, and assessments.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance content creation and learner engagement.
• Apply ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick models for rapid design and evaluation.
• Manage multiple curricula projects with strong PM practices.
• Evaluate learning programs using data-driven analytics.
