Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience coordinating and delivering employee development programs for all levels of employees.
• Excellent presentation skills to convey complex topics clearly to varied audiences.
• Open to commuting between sites with mileage reimbursement.
• Hands‑on LMS experience (Cornerstone OnDemand or other).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training to varied audiences (frontline to leadership) with strong engagement.
• Prepare training locations and ensure instructors have tools and resources.
• Assess training needs via surveys and manager/instructor input.
• Collaborate with Training Specialists and Instructional Designers across the Health System.
• Design and create training content and materials.
• Develop online training content with Instructional Designer and SME.
• Collect and evaluate training feedback and outcomes.
• Utilize LMS to track attendance and report results.
• Lead content reviews of existing modules with internal partners.
• Handle administrative duties: scheduling, enrollment, materials, invitations.
