Job summary

Regional West is seeking an Education Coordinator to lead employee learning and development initiatives across the organization. The role partners with leaders to identify training needs, develop educational programs, coordinate workforce development projects, and ensure compliance with required training and competency standards.

The ideal candidate will develop, coordinate, and deliver education and training for clinical and non-clinical staff, track completion, and drive regulatory compliance

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • BLS certification within one year of hire.

  • Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements that enhance employee engagement and learning outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver education and training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.

Required

Preferred

  • Degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Experience in education, training, healthcare, curriculum development, project coordination, or workforce development.
  • Experience with learning management systems and adult learning principles.
