Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or currently pursuing a business-related field of study.

Responsibilities

• Rotations: immersive 1-3 month rotations across clinic positions to gain leadership skills.
• Persuasive Communication: promote healthcare options and overcome objections.
• Business Development: learn strategies to drive growth and collaborate on marketing initiatives.
• Elevate Patient Experience: advocate for mental health and prioritize patient satisfaction.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: master EHR systems for care coordination.
• Strategic Consultations: develop skills to gather patient information and design treatment plans.
