Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience or currently pursuing a business-related field.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Patient-centric mindset focused on driving growth and outcomes.
• Self-driven and results-oriented with strong development goals.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 1–3 month rotations across clinic positions to gain leadership insight.
• Develop leadership and business development skills while promoting healthcare options.
• Lead initiatives to enhance patient experience and service delivery.
• Engage with patients and ensure a smooth, respectful patient journey.
• Learn to leverage data from our systems to inform decisions and consultations.
