Serenity Mental Health Centers offers a Manager in Training role in Layton, UT or Holladay, UT with relocation encouraged. The program provides 1–3 month clinic rotations to build leadership and healthcare operations skills, along with mentorship and opportunities to lead patient-care initiatives.

You'll gain experience in promoting our healthcare options, driving growth, and elevating the patient experience through data-driven coordination and strategic consultations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role or pursuing a business-related field of study.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; maintain confidentiality and resolve patient/customer concerns effectively.
• Patient-centric mindset with a drive to grow the organization and achieve objectives.
• Self-driven and results-oriented with a proactive approach to development.
