The program offers mentorship, hands-on leadership experience, and exposure to strategic patient care initiatives within Serenity’s expanding practice. Willingness to relocate is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role or currently pursuing a business-related field of study.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to maintain confidentiality and resolve concerns.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across clinic positions to gain leadership knowledge.
• Persuasive communication to promote healthcare options and address objections.
• Learn strategies to drive business growth and participate in marketing initiatives.
• Advocate for mental health, educate patients on treatments, and prioritize patient satisfaction.
• Master our Electronic Health Records system for care coordination.
• Develop consultation skills to gather patient information and design treatment plans.
