Serenity Healthcare seeks a Manager in Training to build leadership and business acumen within our growing mental health clinics. You’ll rotate through clinic roles, learn operations, and contribute to patient experience enhancements.

This hands-on program emphasizes persuasive communication, data-driven decisions, and strategic consultations to drive patient outcomes and growth. Relocation to Layton or Holladay is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience or pursuing a business-related field, showing leadership ability
• Strong interpersonal skills, maintain confidentiality, resolve patient or customer concerns
• Patient-centric mindset with passion for driving growth and objectives
• Self-driven with results-oriented mindset, seeking development opportunities

Responsibilities

• Rotations: 1-3 month rotations across clinic positions to gain leadership skills
• Persuasive communication: promote healthcare options and overcome objections
• Business development: learn strategies to drive growth and collaborate on marketing initiatives
• Elevate patient experience: advocate for mental health and educate patients on treatments
• Data-driven decision making: master the EHR system for care coordination
• Strategic consultations: develop skills to gather patient information and design plans
