Serenity Mental Health Centers seeks a Manager in Training to build hands-on experience across clinic roles and prepare for a leadership track within our expanding network. You will rotate through departments, learn operations, and develop skills to lead teams and drive patient-focused outcomes.

You’ll gain mentorship, work on business development, and sharpen communication to promote our services while ensuring exceptional patient experiences.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience or pursuing a business-related degree.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Patient-centric mindset with a passion for growth.
• Self-driven and results-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Rotations across clinic positions to gain leadership knowledge.
• Promote Serenity’s healthcare options and overcome objections.
• Drive business growth and collaborate on marketing initiatives.
• Elevate patient experience and educate patients on treatments.
• Master the Electronic Health Records system for care coordination.
• Develop consultation skills to design personalized treatment plans.
