Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid training within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to prepare or serve a variety of meals economically and nutritious.
• Knowledge of health department regulations for food handling and sanitation.
• Maintain clean and orderly kitchen and equipment.
• Adhere to meal serving schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals promptly according to schedule.
• Secure pantry, refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen doors at the end of each shift.
• Maintain temperature logs for refrigeration and storage areas.
• Comply with Health Department standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct.
