Manzano by PureHealth in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a dedicated culinary professional responsible for food production setup and quality control across all menu items. You will apply advanced knife skills, ensure safe handling, labeling, and rotation of products, and maintain a sanitary work area per health guidelines.

You will train prep cooks and culinary staff, manage inventory basics, and support a high-performance kitchen environment in a post-acute care setting.
