Kindred Hospital Albuquerque is seeking a friendly, team-oriented culinary staff member to help manage patient meals and ensure accuracy and timely delivery in a hospital setting.

You will work with the dietary team, supervise kitchen staff, and maintain high standards of service for patients, staff and visitors. The role supports day, evening, and night shifts with competitive hourly wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: 6+ months of supervisor experience in culinary or healthcare settings.

Responsabilités

• Support the culinary director to lead the food and nutrition team in a hospital.
• Ensure patient meals are accurate and delivered in a timely fashion.
• Supervise team members to ensure smooth operations of the dining and patient meals.
• Ensure each patient receives meals matching their orders and diet requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service for patients, staff and visitors.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and assist management as needed.
