Qualifications

• Two years’ culinary experience or a culinary certificate/degree.
• ServSafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Produce consistent food projects following recipes with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate knife skills and cooking techniques.
• Label, date, and rotate all products for safety.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area per Health Department standards.
• Train prep cooks and culinary staff daily.
• Record temperatures three times daily.
• Follow menu for daily prep and special diets.
