Qualifications

• Maintains ServSafe certificate or can obtain it.
• At least 1 year experience with food prep and menu items.
• Experience cooking for large groups preferred.
• Must read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menus and cook food per nutritional guidelines and dietary needs.
• Present food attractively to residents.
• Support residents' independence with eating as needed.
• Ensure timely food delivery and pleasant service.
• Engage with residents during meals to enhance experience.
• Prepare food for special events as requested.
• Report equipment malfunctions to the nutrition coordinator.
