Qualifications

• 3+ years technical experience in IT.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare IT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keeps assigned application systems and software operational and integrated.
• Collaborates with IS team/project leads to monitor, analyze, and plan upgrades.
• Support and coordinate problem resolution with vendors and NMHC systems.
