Responsibilities

• Develops skills necessary to support assigned services and systems; learning integration and interaction of all supported services and systems.
• Monitors the production issue queue and resolves issues while maintaining SLA.
• Executes project tasks under IS leadership and performs routine support with assistance.
• Adheres to quality assurance standards and software delivery methodologies.
• Contributes to end-user requests integration with software functionality.
• Contributes to analysis and recommendations for application build and functionality to ensure reliability.
• Develops diagnostic skills to assist with problem determination across NMHC IS environment.
• Participation in on-call support to ensure availability and performance of systems.
