You will work with a team to monitor, analyze, and plan system enhancements, participate in on-call rotation, and help translate user requests into reliable software functionality across NMHC distributed systems.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in core discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain assigned services and systems.
• Monitor, analyze and plan upgrades with the team.
• Monitor production issue queue and resolve issues to meet SLAs.
• Execute project tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to and enhance QA standards and delivery methodologies.
• Translate end-user requests into software functionality.
• Analyze and provide recommendations on application build and functionality.
• Contribute to maintenance of documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Participates in on-call rotation.
