Job summary

Harmony Healthcare IT is seeking a Solutions Analyst who will gather and document customer needs for services and solutions, shaping scope and pricing. You’ll work with the Business Development team to position the right solution and build strong customer relationships to ensure successful implementations.

The role requires clear communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to understand and document customer requirements.
• Discuss source systems to determine effort and provide standard findings to the sales rep.
• Record information on past projects, quotes, and related statistics.
• Maintain and organize sales engineering content and pricing data.
• Act as liaison to Product Management, Development, IT and Operations.
• Assist with training and quarterly updates to the pricing matrix.
