Qualifications

• High school diploma with 2+ years IT operations experience.
• HIPAA compliance training or credential.
• Understanding of healthcare applications and data accuracy.
• Experience coordinating remote teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a remote team of IT training and application support professionals.
• Coordinate the creation, implementation, and delivery of technology and healthcare application training.
• Help maintain application performance, system readiness, data quality, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with department leaders and cross‑functional partners to ensure support and training initiatives meet business needs.
• Develop and enhance training resources, process documentation, workflows, and support guidelines.
• Track team productivity, coordinate schedules, assign responsibilities, and manage competing priorities.
• Build a customer‑focused support environment centered on ownership, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.
• Confirm that technical support practices comply with healthcare regulations, privacy requirements, and internal policies.
