• Collaborates with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of IT training and application support specialists.
• Assign workloads, manage schedules, establish priorities, and monitor team performance.
• Oversee the development, configuration, testing, and delivery of IT and healthcare application training programs.
• Ensure training materials and SOPs are accurate and up to date.
• Support system readiness, data integrity, security, and end-user adoption.
• Coordinate training for system implementations, upgrades, and workflow changes.
• Partner with clinical and technical leaders to identify training needs.
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in all activities.
