Job summary

Kodiak Area Native Association (KANA) is seeking PC Technician II/III staff to support desktop, network, and clinical systems across multiple sites. You will ensure secure, reliable access to IT resources and deliver exceptional customer service to staff.

Role includes hands-on support for end-user devices, printers, mobile devices, and healthcare apps, with opportunities for advancement as you gain expertise and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of IT support experience or equivalent education with a tech emphasis.
• Experience supporting desktops, printers, mobile devices, and Microsoft environments.
• Cisco or Microsoft certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, printers, mobile devices, and related hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Respond to Help Desk requests with timely support.
• Configure user accounts and basic Active Directory administration.
• Support Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
