Miramar Health Center in Kennewick, WA is seeking an Information Services Systems Technician. You will install, maintain and repair workstations, peripherals, and telecommunications, while providing on-site support and problem-solving for hardware and software issues.

The role emphasizes hands-on equipment handling, detailed inventory documentation and collaborative planning with the department. Travel to remote YVFWC sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; vocational certificate preferred.
• 2 years of technical or desktop support experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technology support to staff for computers, phones, printers and video conferencing.
• Analyze and diagnose hardware and software problems on workstations.
• Maintain documentation for equipment inventory and software installations.
• Assist users with technical issues and offer temporary solutions when needed.
• Travel to YVFWC sites for on-site support as required.
