Job summary

Miramar Health Center in Kennewick, WA seeks an Information Services Systems Technician to install, maintain and support workstations, phones and related tech across sites.

You will diagnose hardware and software issues, document inventory, and assist staff with technical problems. Travel to remote YVFWC sites may be required. This role offers competitive pay and strong benefits in a community health setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Approximately 2 years of work experience in technical support is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and proof of automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides front line support of technology to staff, including setup, configuration, installation, and maintenance of computers, phones, printers and teleconferencing equipment.
• Analyzes, diagnoses and resolves computer hardware and software problems on workstations.
• Resolves problems with peripherals such as phones, printers and keyboards.
• Assists users with technical problems and finds temporary solutions when needed.
• Maintains documentation for equipment and software installation/maintenance in the system.
• Participates in department strategic planning process.
• Travel to remote YVFWC sites for support as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
