Job summary

Bayside Solutions, Inc. in Martinez, CA, seeks an IT Business Systems Manager to oversee implementation and ongoing support of core business IT systems including UKG for scheduling, Timekeeping, ITSM (ServiceNow), and Tyler EH inspections, plus OnBase document management.

The role leads a team of analysts, guides project planning and implementation, coordinates with clinical leadership and IT teams, and tracks metrics to report on impact to patient experience and clinical quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field (CS, Healthcare IT, Admin, Eng, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, etc).
• Knowledge of healthcare administration and health plan operations, leadership, and performance evaluation.
• Budget development and management experience.
• IT support and analysis in a health care environment.
• Understanding of information systems design, implementation, and management strategies.
• Experience with project and change management.
• Ability to supervise professional/technical staff.
• Ability to analyze requirements and design system solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of analysts responsible for requirements gathering, vendor selection, system implementation, and ongoing support.
• Manage project planning and application delivery using standard IT PM processes.
• Coordinate with clinical leadership, Change Management, BI, and other IT teams for successful implementations.
• Track performance metrics for application support and delivery.
• Provide progress reports and executive updates on project status.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, and action items.
• Monitor impact on clinical quality and patient experience metrics.
