Job summary

Moab Regional Hospital is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to maintain and improve its healthcare IT infrastructure, including PACS, EMR, email, and database systems. You will provision, install, configure, and support hardware and software while aligning with HIPAA and security standards.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or CS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and VMware.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity tools, backup systems, AD and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provision, install, configure, and maintain system hardware and software.
• Monitor systems, perform backups, and manage disaster recovery.
• Support VMware virtualization, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and security controls.
• Maintain system standards and research automated admin approaches.
• Provide Tier 2+ support and coordinate with departments.
